What makes Elmhurst products different from other plant-based milks?

We use our unique HydroRelease™ method, which uses only water to preserve the nutrition of the nuts, grains, and seeds. This allows us to create creamy, nutrient-dense products without the need for added gums, emulsifiers, or thickeners.

Do I need to refrigerate my Elmhurst products upon arrival?

Our products are shelf-stable and can be stored in your pantry until opened. Once opened, they must be refrigerated and are best enjoyed within 7 to 10 days.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping usually arrives within 3-5 business days.

Are your products gluten-free and vegan?

Yes, all Elmhurst 1925 products are 100% plant-based, vegan, and certified gluten-free. We are also Non-GMO Project Verified.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
